Took this class with instructor Milena and had the best time!! It was so much fun to learn how to make 2 different types of pastas. It felt like a very authentic experience and we were able to sit and enjoy the food we prepared paired with delicious wine and surprises Milena gave us. Overall highly recommend this experience for everyone!!

We love our pasta making class ❤️🍝. Milena was such a good teacher and we had so much fun. The pasta and the lasagna were delicious. One of the best memories we’ll take from our trip to Florence.

The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. A brief history on how the business started, introduction with your chef/instructor and then you get to make three types of pasta.

Amazing experience! It was my first time doing a pasta class and it was great, funny and really educational! We ate the pasta after the class with some fresh wine! Delicious and not expensive at all!
Awesome experience learning to make lasagna and spaghetti with Hilena as our guide. She is an excellent instructor and chef. We enjoyed the pasta, wine, and dessert. We all prepared the pasta and lasagna from scratch with her instruction. She took care of the cooking and cleaning! After the class, the recipes are provided.

What a lovely Pasta Class! We had a great time with Lapo, easy to understand and we clearly understand today we are not going to cook, today we will make some art. We had a great time.
Among all the instructors, tour guides, and hosts we’ve had on our trip to Rome, Giacomo, the instructor who led our 3 hour pasta making class, is the best.
We had an amazing pasta making class here. Everything was brilliant, from our chef Sarno to the food

We had a great time making fettuccini, tortellini and ravioli. The class was very well organised and the food we made was delicious! Also the air con was appreciated. Our teacher Nicola was very friendly and he spoke great English. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a pasta experience in Florence. We booked through Airbnb experiences.
This was a really fun experience. Our teacher, Samuele was really passionate and explained the techniques very well. We made several different pasta types, and at the end had a meal with our homemade pasta.
